Mouse Over ToolTip Action!

Mouse Over is a term used to describe a function that occured when a viewer moves his/her pointing device over text, graphics or an image on a web page by simply adding what is known as a "ToolTip".

For Example:
Have you ever wondered,"What it takes to enter the Kingdom of Heaven" and where you can find that information for yourself?

Sample:
